The Podrumi Vukoje Carsko Vino Grand Cru is an award winning white wine made from Bosnia-Herzegovina's indigenous grape variety Zilavka. Voted by Decanter Magazine as their top white wine of 2022 the varietal composition of this wine has not changed since it was the official wine of the Imperial Courts at the time of the Austro-Hungarian Monarchy. Matured for 24 months in Acacia barrels the wine displays aromas of peach, quince, vanilla, cinnamon and herbs. The palate is creamy, fresh and extremely elegant with a nice balance of minerality alongside sweet and sour flavours that lead on to a long finish.
