At Hic!, we take pride in the quality of our gourmet products; however, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we offer a 14-day window for returns and exchanges. Due to the perishable nature of our food items, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or consumed.
Return Process

- 2.Submit Documentation
For items damaged during transit or quality concerns, please attach clear photos of the product and packaging to your email for a faster review process.
- 3.Secure Packaging
Once approved, place the unopened items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during the return shipment.
- 4.Receive Refund or Replacement
After we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out a replacement within 3-5 business days.
