The Weinhaus Ress Riesling Trocken is a dry German Riesling made from fruit sourced from the Hattenheim, Hallgarten and Oestrich areas of the Rheingau. Fermentation takes place in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks, preserving the natural freshness and lightness of the grape. Clear yellow-green in the glass, citrus, gooseberry and stone-fruit appear first on the nose, with additional flavours of pineapple, mango, grapefruit and green apple on the palate.
