'No es Pituko' is Chilean slang for 'it ain't fancy' reflecting the fact that this wine was vinified naturally, without any additions at any stage. The grapes for this wine come from a single vineyard grown on 35 year old ungrafted vines which are cultivated according to sustainable agricultural methods in order to respect the land and its environment. The wine went through malolactic conversion resulting in the textured mouthfeel and buttery notes before spending three months on its fine lees imparting texture and complexity. The slightly cloudy appearance is due to the natural vinification.
