The Spoke 'Rudimental' Pinot Noir is made from grapes grown on the western side of Lake Dunstan in Central Otago. There is minimal intervention throughout the winemaking process and after fermentation the wine is aged in French barriques and puncheons (11% New) for 10 months. The resulting wine displays layers of bright red fruit, wild thyme and chalky earthiness on the palate with supple but assertive tannins and textural finish.
