The Schiopetto 'Collio' Friulano is the estate's famed Tocai Friulano white wine, from an old hillside clay-limestone vineyard. First made in 1965 and the first varietally-labelled wine of the estate, it is vinified and aged on lees in stainless steel tank for 8 months. This is a complex white wine that displays expansive nose of citrus oils, nuts, nectarine, flowers, curry leaf and a hint of smoke.
