The Montevetrano Core Bianco is a Campania IGT white wine made from a blend of Fiano and Greco grapes. Both varieties undergo a cryo-maceration process and are then separated during the alcoholic fermentation because each grape variety has a different age of maturation. After fermentation the blend is compiled and it begins a period of fine lees ageing (7/8 months) with regular weekly bâtonnage. Explosive youthfulness, fresh and intense notes of fruits and flowers . White flowers, fresh fruits, pear and white peach on a background of rosemary. On the palate not too heavy, but rather dancing and elegant with a wonderfully fresh structure.
