The Goats do Roam White is a highly drinkable Rhône-style blend made from Viognier, Roussanne, and Grenache Blanc, all sourced from vineyards grown on the sunny slopes of Paarl Mountain on the Fairview farm, with a secondary Grenache Blanc component from Darling also added to the blend for crispy cool climate length. These varieties are all well suited to South Africa’s warm Mediterranean climate. Vibrant light green in colour with layered aromatics of fresh florals, stone fruit and citrus.
