The grapes are left on the vine longer than usual, which concentrates the sugars and flavours, leading to a luscious style of sweet wine. Barrel aged for 4 months, the Eradus Sticky Mickey Late Harvest Sauvignon Blanc displays rich aromas of apricots, dried fruit and honey to the nose.
