The Domaine Dureuil-Janthial Rully Rouge is sourced from three parcels of vines planted in the appellation in 1974, 1978 and 1980. The grapes are handpicked and at the winery they're double sorted, on a vibrating sorting table and a conveyor belt. Maturation involves 12 months in barrel (33 % new) with malolactic fermentation, then 6 months in stainless steel vats before being bottled according to the lunar calendar.
