The Domaine de la Charbonnière Cuvée Mourre des Perdrix Châteauneuf-du-Pape is a single-vineyard expression sourced from 45+ year old vines located to the south-east of the appellation, close to the commune of Courthézon. The terroir is composed by a variety of soils, which add complexity to the wine. A blend of Grenache (70%), Syrah (15%) and Mourvèdre (15%) the wine sees 10% new barrique and the rest in foudre. Deep in garrigue and roasted aromas, hints of red fruits and forest floor.
