The Château de Caraguilhes La Font Blanche is a white Corbières wine made both organically and biodynamically from a blend of Roussanne (50%), Grenache Blanc (30%) and Vermentino (20%) grapes. A small portion of the wine was vinified in French oak barrels. On the nose La Fonte Blanche displays aromas of almond flowers, white peaches and apricot, underpinned by hints of citrus fruits, characteristic of the local terroir. The palate is silky, rounded and beautifully delicate. Citrus fruits with hints of acacia and fennel, plants indigenous to the Corbières locale.
